User cannot clean select value once this value is set

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Content > Forms
2. Add a Form
3. Add a select field with one option
4. Save and publish form
5. Get the URL and paste in another tab
6. Choose select field only option
7. Try to clean this option

Expected result:
User could clean the field value.

Actual result:
User is prevented of cleaning the field value.
