Stepts to Reproduce:

1. Startup a 6.2 server.
2. Add an asset publisher to a page.
3. Go to the Asset Publisher Configuration/Display Setting menu.
4. Check "Set as the Default Asset Publisher for This Page" and Save. 
5. Perform an upgrade to DXP.
6. Go to the Asset Publisher Configuration/Display Setting menu and Set and Enable section.

Expected Results:

"Set as the Default Asset Publisher for This Page" option is checked.

 Actual Results:

"Set as the Default Asset Publisher for This Page" option is unchecked.
