Steps to Reproduce:
- Start up Liferay and log in as the admin user.
- Create two non-administrator users (User 1 and User 2).
- Add a Calendar portlet to a page.
- Modify the permissions of the User 1 Calendar so that the User role does not have the "View Event Details" permission.
- Impersonate User 1 and create a Calendar event with a non-blank title.
- Observe the event display of user 1 and user 2.
1.Admin and user1 can see the title of the event.
2.User 2 can't see this event by default.
