0. Start Liferay DXP Vanilla bundle with de-34 and hotfix-1593.

1. Login with default Liferay admin.
2. Add Language Selector and Asset Publisher to welcome page.
3. Switch to the German language.
4. Create a new basic web content in Asset Publisher. The selected default language is English (portal default)
5. Create a new basic document in Asset Publisher. The selected default language is German.

 Expected behavior from the customer: The selected default language is English (portal default).

 Actual behavior: For new basic web content, the selected default language is English (portal default). For a new basic document, the selected default language is German.
