We need to continue improving the user experience with upgrade processes, and hence the product supportability. After analyzing all the feedback during he past 4 years we have decided to define 4 main action items for 7.1:
Ability to revert the installation of the version of a module which adds a micro change in the schema version
Add a better way to tract Core upgrade processes
Deprecate and remove unnecessary verify processes
Remove non supported upgrade paths
