Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Liferay > Forms
2. Create a new Form
3. Click on Rules
4. Create a new rule
5. Click on selector
6. Hover in a option

Expected Results:
The tooltip must be in new lexicon version.

Actual Results:
Tooltips of options in dropdowns not in the new lexicon.
