Unable to save new workflow definition in Kaleo Designer after adding certain nodes

      Description

      Unable to save a new workflow definition in Kaleo Designer after adding the following nodes:
      Condition, Fork, Join, Join XOR, and Task

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Control Panel > Configuration > Kaleo Designer
      2. Click Add New Definition
      3. Add title
      4. Drag and drop new Condition node
      5. Click Save

       Expected result : The following should happen:

      Success message notifying that the workflow has been saved, and an unpublished workflow definition is now listed in Kaleo Designer.

       Actual result : The following actually happens:

      No message, and no new workflow definition listed.
