Add button isn't available in repository folders aren't created in Liferay

When user access CMIS repository with subfolders created in CMIS system, button isn't available there. But moving e.g. from project root to this subfolder works correctly. button was available in 7.0.4 GA5.

Steps:

1. Create Repository in D&M with folders created in CMIS system
2. Access subfolder via Liferay

Actual result: button isn't available
Expected: button is available - new subfolder/file can be added not only by moving it inside.

Works correctly:
Mysql 5.6, Tomcat 8.0.32, CentOS
Firefox, Chrome
7.0.4 GA5
