Motive
Lexicon for sites has changed the old look & feel for Message Boards. We need to apply some of the design basics to reach a minimum quality.

User Experience

• Add a Title
• Move Search Box
• Change "Add Subcategory" text with "Add Category"

Design

Please follow the design defined in LEXI-290

Interaction

Title
Given a message boards portlet when a tab is selected, the title text changes depending the tab selected. Except for "Home" tab, there is no title when the user is in the first level or root.
Given a message boards portlet when a user selects a category/subcategory, the title text changes depending the current hierarchy level.

Actions
Primary Action -> New Thread
Secondary Action -> Add Category
Actions of the other types are placed within the contextual menu (three dots icon)

Breadcrumb
Due to some implications commented by Victor Valle in LPS-77259 . The breadcrumb is shown in the first tab "home" from the beginning even when the user is at the first level or root.

Disclaimer
The design shown in the attachments (home and level 1) includes some of the new designs for the categories and threads items. However implement those designs are not part of this story, they will be implemented for 7.2.
