Regression Bug
Description
When navigating to a link to the page you were just on from a page with a form navigator, page will not load. Please note, these steps only work on 7.0.x and are not reproducible on Master due to changes in how pages are configured. There was also nowhere I could find in Master that had the specific situation of a page with a form navigator that contains a link to the previous page that didn't have generated URL Parameters (such as /web/guest/home/).
As such, this issue is not currently testable in Master despite the code being identical to 7.0.x where the issue is reproducible.
1. Click on three dotted line at the right corner of Public Pages option.
2. Add a new public page.
3. Click on the Newly added page from the page list.
4. Click Configure page option for that page.
5. The form navigator for the page configuration will appear.
6. Click the Cancel button.
Expected Result: The page that we navigated from will be returned to with no errors.
Actual Result: The page we navigated from will not reload properly and will display errors in the browser console.
