Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add WYSIWYG portlet and Web Content Display portlet to a private page, added text and an image to each
2. Exported by going to Menu > Site > Publishing > Export > Custom Export > "Change to Private Pages" > (select All Content) > Export
3. Start up new instance, create new site, and install WYSIWYG portlet
4. Import the LAR: Menu > Site > Publishing > select "Private Pages", Authorship of the Content -> select "Use the Current User as Author" > Import
5. Go to page and see both portlets, the WYSIWYG portlet contains a broken link, but the Web Content Display portlet contains the image added

 

Expected Results: Picture shows in web content and in WYSIWYG portlet.

Actual Results: Picture shows in web content, but not in WYSIWYG portlet.
