Footer needs to be updated

Two things regarding visual formatting of the footer:

1. "Powered by Liferay" contains an extra space between "by" and "Liferay"
2. The year displayed is 2017 instead of 2018 (it would be nice if this dynamically updated when portal is built instead of hard-coded)
