Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Liferay > Forms
2. Create a new Form
3. Add a Select From list field
4. Add a value like "<a href="http://www.amazon.com">Click to go to Amazon</a>" in option
5. Go to Predefined Value and check options

Expected Results:
Predefined Value displayed options should be the Label options

Actual Results:
Predefined Value displayed options bring Field Names instead of Label
