Clicking the Info icon button doesn't show any info, and it will alter the view state in a strange way.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Control Panel > Configuration > Workflow
2. Edit Single Approver workflow
3. Click Info icon button

 Expected result : The following should happen:

Info is shown.

 Actual result : The following actually happens:

No info is shown, and the view state has shifted.
