Version number displays when defining workflow scheme within other apps

    Description

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to Content > Web Content
      2. Choose the "i" info icon (for the Home folder)
      3. Go to Edit
      4. View options in "Default Workflow for All Structures "

      Expected Result:
      Should give an option for Single Approver without the version number (per LPS-72435).

      Actual Result:
      Option reads "Single Approver (Version 1)".

      Also reproducible in Forms, DDL, Documents and Media
