Created workflow definition's title is not displayed correctly in Site > Configuration > Workflow

After creating and assigning a new workflow definition to an asset in Control Panel > Configuration > Workflow on the Schemes tab, the title is not displayed correctly in Site > Configuration > Workflow

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Control Panel > Configuration > Workflow
2. Click Add new workflow
3. Enter a title
4. Upload the attached workflow definition
5. Click Publish
6. Click the back icon
7. Go to the Schemes tab
8. Assign new workflow to any asset
9. Go to Site > Configuration > Workflow

 

 Expected result : The following should happen:

Assigned Workflow definition's title is displayed correctly.

 Actual result : The following actually happens:

Assigned Workflow definition's title isn't displayed correctly.

Reproduced on : Tomcat 8.0.32 + MySQL 5.7.20 + Portal master GIT ID 486432dd2e464f8e800b6351925f107a8b8c3548
