Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Forms
2. Add a Text Field
3. Add a Single Selection field
4. Click on input field containing the default 'Option' value and delete it
5. Close sidebar
6. Save Forms

Expected Results:
User should be warned about option field since it is required and should not reset Form

Actual Results:
Form is reset after trying to save it with blank single selection option
