Modify DBBuilder to accept a parameter for the sql directory

      Description

      This is part of a larger fix to allow developers to run "ant build-db" when using extlets. See LPS-6341.

      Developers will need this to rebuild their sql files when they re-generate their services in Liferay 6.0.0.

      Support for DBBuilder in the extlet may be deprecated in the future as developers should be migrating their services to portlet plugins.
