Custom-title field does not show translated value on Look and Feel configuration

Steps to repoduce:
On Hello Word portlet at the welcome page go to options icon > Look and Feel

Expected behavior:
"Custom Title" field shows the portlet title as default.

Actual behavior:
"Custom Title" field shows the language key (javax.portlet.title.47)
