      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to My Account > Account Settings.
      2. Click change > select, choose images no larger than 300KB.
      3. After choose a picture, in the bottom of page have a pop-up box ask do you want open or save the manage.js from localhost.

      Actual result:
      No matter you choose open or save will have a pop-up error(see attach).

      Expected result:
      Upload the image and portrait can be changed.
