Cannot change Hello World text in Chrome

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to liferay portal
2. Click to "Hello World" to change it

Actual Result > Nothing happened in Chrome, edit form is opened in Firefox ESR
No error in console

Expected Result > Open edit form in all browsers

Priority L3 + S2 = 3

Chromium 65
Liferay portal nightly 090b2d4baf23a17e8cb2a98646c7e49f307a7dbf, oracle java 8, CentOS 7

Not Reproducible
Firefox ESR 52.7.3
