Description:
Japanese day format does not need 0-padding

Steps to reproduce:

1. Change language to Japanese
2. Add Calendar in Home page
3. Click on date/time slot in the calendar box, the event creation modal window will pop up

Actual Results:
DayView: 4月06日（金）, 12:30 - 13:30
WeekView: 4月06日（金）, 12:00 - 13:00
MonthView: 4月06日（金）

Expected Results:
DayView: 4月6日（金）, 12:30 - 13:30
WeekView: 4月6日（金）, 12:00 - 13:00
MonthView: 4月6日（金）
