Steps:

1. Go to Site Settings > Content > DDL > Manage Data Definitions
2. Create new Data Definition with Boolean field
3. Create new DDL with created data definition
4. Open created DDL via Spreadsheet View
5. Try to edit any Boolean cell to FALSE (unchecked)

Actual result: Boolean cell is always TRUE
Expected result: Boolean cell should be FALSE
