Title is compressed in card when portlet is in a narrow column

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add page with at least two columns (30/70)
2. Add blogs portlet to the narrow side of the page
3. Configure blogs portlet to use Card display template
4. Add blog entries

Expected result: Cards for these blog entries are properly displayed.
Actual result: Title and text are compressed.
This is also reproducible for the entries under "More Blog Entries," when viewing a blog entry
