Reading time is not displayed in page view when card template is used

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable reading time
2. Add blogs portlet to page
3. Configure portlet to use card display template
4. Add blog entry
5. Go back to page

Expected result: Reading time is displayed upon page view, without having to navigate to blog entry
Actual result: User needs to navigate to a blog entry to see estimated reading time
