  When editing an image in a web content article using Alloy Editor, it is difficult to resize the image using the drag handles in Internet Explorer 11. The drag handles will disappear and the image has to be selected again and again. On other browsers (i.e. Chrome and Firefox) they are much easier to use.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open IE11 and access Liferay.
2) Insert an image into a web content article.
3) Attempt to resize the image within AlloyEditor.
4) Retry the test within Firefox for comparison.

Results of Testing
Expected Result: You are able to resize the image normally in IE11
Actual Result: it is very difficult to drag and resize the image in IE11. The handles keep disappearing.
