When Initial publication process is finished sometimes it takes some time while the UI is refreshed

It is not always reproducible. But when it is reproducible, some delay in refreshing the process state in the UI can be observed at enabling local staging for a site.

Actual behaviour:
it takes some time while initial publication process is displayed as successful.

Expected:
Process to be in successful state in the UI when the process is actually finished.
