Summary
We should provide a way to cancel / exit when a modal window is shown.

Context
We must be consistent in our UI decisions. Other components like the Asset Publisher lightbox configuration has already added a cancel button.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add an Invite Members widget
2. Click on Invite Members to this site button

Expected
A cancel button is shown close to the primary action
