After adding comment, side menu can't expand any category

Steps:

1. Go to Site Menu>Content>D&M
2. Upload some file
3. Add comment to this File

Actual result: Side menu can't expand/compress any category. Watch out to not reproduce this issue https://issues.liferay.com/browse/LPS-80191 

Expected result: Side menu is working properly.

Reproducible:

• CentOS, MySQL 5.7, Tomcat 9 - FF ESR
• 7.0.x Portal Master 7effb9c2fa4f8fe2b25733bdad6ccbd7e84e8f54, 7.0.5 GA6
