Blank table on view entries

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Liferay > Content > Forms
2. Create a new Form
3. Add two fields
4. Save and Publish
5. Go to published URL
6. Submit Form
7. Go to Form Entries and verify entries are there
8. Go to edit Form
9. Delete both fields
10. Add a new field
11. Save
12. Go to published URL
13. Submit Form
14. Go to Form Entries and verify entries are there

Expected Results:
Entries for both form versions should be displayed

Actual Results:
Entries from step 7 disappeared (blank)
