Permissions pop-up window breaks under Metadata sets

      Description

       Steps:

      1. Navigate to Content -> Documents and Media -> Metadata sets
      2. Click the ellipsis beside "Meeting Metadata", then choose "Permissions".

      Expected result: Permissions pop-up window should display properly.

      Actual result: Permissions pop-up window broke and the following errors showed up in the console:
