Description
The select / deselect all buttons should have applied the blue link button style as it's defined in State 2 section Page 7. Management Toolbar Technical Doc.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Product Menu > Content > Blogs
2. Publish two Blog entries
3. Click the Checkbox to select all the elements in the page
4. Click Deselect All
