      Description

When you create new DDL record with Radio, click on some option and than change your mind you can't uncheck this option and need to create record with some value in Radio even if this field is not required or cancel creating DDL record. That is a problem when you edit record, too. You can't change Radio field to NO value if some option was selected ever before.
      Steps:

      1. Create new Data Definition, add Radio field and set predefined value to null
      2. Create new DDL record of this Data Definition

Actual result: If you click on some option and than change your mind you can't uncheck this option (e.g. Reset button) and you need to create record with some value in Radio even if this field is not required or cancel creating DDL record.
Expected: Radio field can value can be removed when this field is not required.

      Reproducible:

      • CentOS, MySQL 5.7, Tomcat 9/8, Chrome, FF
      • 7.1.x Master git #baa9c28bf900640c0cf870f2596c33811efac281, 7.0.5 GA6
