Form "Settings" are not copied over when duplicate a form

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Content > Forms
2. Add a new Form
3. Add a text field
4. Go to top Ellipsis > Settings
5. Set properties (e.g. Workflow, Email Notifications)
6. Save form
7. Go to Content > Forms
8. Duplicate the created form
9. Edit duplicated forms
10. Go to top Ellipsis > Settings

Expected Result:
Form settings are copied to the new form.

Actual Result:
Form settings are all default for the duplicated form.
