New search bar doesn't have an option to configure advanced search syntax

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to configurations for Search Bar

Expected Result: There should be a checkbox for Use Advanced Search Syntax like in classic Search Bar.

Actual Result: There is no option to enabled Advanced Search Syntax.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 9.0.6 + MySQL 5.7.22
