Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Content > Web Content
2. Go to Structures tab
3. Add a new structure
4. Add a Link to Page
5. Attempt to set Predefined value for this field

Expected Result:
Since setting the predefined value is not possible (See comment), this setting should be disabled.

Actual Result:
User can set a text predefined value for these fields that has no effect.
