Customizable column overlays don't move with menu animation

Description

The customizable column overlays don't move when opening side menus. See attached GIF.

Steps to reproduce

1) Create a new page with 2 columns (70/30).
2) Visit the page and select Configure Page > Advanced > Customization Settings. Choose "Yes" for Customizable with both columns selected.
3) Visit the page and enable the customizable zones.
4) Open the Control Menu and the Add "+" menus.

Results of Testing

Expected Result: the customizable overlays move laterally as the menus open.
Actual Results: the overlays remain where they are even as the rest of the screen shifts laterally.
