Steps:

1. Create administrator user with your mail
2. Go to Content>WebContent
3. Subscribe to any created Web Content
4. Move this Web Content to another folder (with different user) 

Actual result: Two emails are delivered 

1. Web content moved to - correct
2. Web content moved from - wrong folder provided, the same folder as in Web Content moved to.

Expected: Email contain correct information.
