Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Publishing -> Export / Import.
2. Open control panel.

Expected Results:
There should be only one "<div class="dropdown-menu" ref="menu">" and "<div class="dropdown-menu dropdown-menu-indicator-start" ref="menu">".

Actual Results:
There have two of the same div.
Note: If you click the List button, sometimes it will show more of the filter and order section.
