Description
Current table style is outdated and the profile component is not being visualised well.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a Message Boards Widget
2. Add and Publish a Thread
3. Click on My Subscriptions tab

Summary

• Use the table in forms hierarchy style instead
• Fix the current profile component.
