ADT management: Allow me to create ADTs of type "macro"

We have several functions and macros which are used in multiple ADTs. We would love to put them into a library or into common macros template. You already do that for some navigation functions, there is already a type macro in the system.

As a workaround we currently put them into a Asset publisher template, with the disadvantage that it is then selectable in Asset publisher.

Therefore, please allow me to create my own templates of type "macro".
