      Description

      There are two different ways to reproduce this:

      Method 1

      1. Create page 'a', choosing to add it to the default menu
      2. Create child page 'a1' also choosing to add it to the default menu
      3. Go to Navigation Menus and edit the default menu

      Expected: Both pages have menu items automatically created for them with the menu item of a1 being a child of the menu item for a

      Actual result: The menu items are both in the root level.

      Method 2

      1. Create page 'a'
      2. Create child page 'a1'
      3. Go to Navigation Menus create a new menu
      4. Click the + button, select page and then select pages a and a1

      Expected: A menu items is created for each page with the menu item of a1 being a child of the menu item for a

      Actual result: The menu items are both in the root level.
