When an admin modifies a user's forum post there is no indication that the forum post was modified by someone other than the user who posted it. In fact from the existing behavior it makes it look like the posting user is the one who modified the post. This leaves open the potential for both confusion and for malicious activity.
1. As site admin, add the Message Boards module to a page
2. As a regular site member, post a new thread with some text
3. Visit that message as the site admin and edit the message and publish
Expected Result: A "Last modified by ..." message of some variety will appear on the thread to indicate who has modified the thread and when.
Actual Result: No message is shown to identify who modified a thread.
