Kaleo designer - user can't fill in fields with '%' character

When user adds '%' character to any field where he can fill text and publish/update workflow, it is not saved and page is displayed incorrectly. User is then also unable to access workflow to edit it.

Tested on fields: Name, Description, Notifications(Name, Description, Template)

Steps:

1. Navigate to Control panel -> Configuration -> Workflow
2. Add new workflow
3. Choose node (eg. Start)
4. Fill in any property (eg. Description, or add Notification) with '%' character
5. Hit Publish

Expected result: Workflow is saved correctly, user can edit it, '%' char can be used
Actual result: User can't access edit window after he saves workflow with '%' char in any text field
