Description
Japanese translation of "1 Second ago" is incorrect.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start DXP + DE-46
2. Sign In
3. Go into Your Site -> Content -> Documents and Media
4. Switch display style to "List"
5. Switch language to Japanese (add "/ja" into your browser url as an easy way)
6. Add new Basic Document
7. Reload your browser within 1 sec

Actual Results
The document's metadata says "Test Test は 1 ２番目 前に変更されました".

Expected Results
The document's metadata should be "Test Testは1秒前に変更されました".
