Reproducing steps

1. In a given site, go to Configuration > Social Activity
2. Click on Document

Expected: The "Possible User Action" is a localized string
Observed: The "Possible User Action" reads "social.activity.com.liferay.document.library.kernel.model.DLFileEntry.", which is missing the specific action (e.g., DELETE), so it doesn't correspond to a known key and it's not localized.
