Description

    Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Go to Content > Forms
    2. Add a new Form
    3. Add 3 fields (field1, field2, field3)
    4. Save Form
    5. Delete field2
    6. Publish Form
    7. Go to Publication URL
    8. Submit a new entry
    9. Go to Content > Forms
    10. View entries for the created form
    11. Export to CSV
    12. View CSV file

    Expected Result:
    Fields that were deleted prior publication and/or addition of an entry shouldn't be exported. In that case, only field1 and field3 should appear in the CSV file.

    Actual Result:
    Deleted field (field2) that was never used is also exported.
