Calendar portlet's "Add Resource" button is unresponsive

Summary
After adding Calendar portlet to a page, and clicking on the Resources tab, the "Add Resource" button is unresponsive with no errors/change.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start up latest Master
2. Sign in as [e-mail]
3. Add Calendar portlet to the default Welcome page
4. Click on the Resources tab
5. Click on the Add Resource button

Actual Result
Add Resource button is unresponsive and does not do anything.

Expected Result
Add Resource button responds to click, and presents user with the next action.

All localizations including English are affected.
