Tooltip "Back" covers the back arrow when editing comment workflow tasks which preventing that functionality

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Goes to Site Admin > Configuration > Workflow
2. Enable Single Approver for Comments
3. Add a new page to the site
4. Add Page Comments portlet
5. Add a new comment
6. Submit for Publication
7. Go to My Workflow Tasks > Assigned to My Roles
8. Assign to Me
9. Go to Assigned to Me
10. View task details
11. Click icon to edit the the comment
12. Click the back arrow icon towards the top left next to "Edit Message"

Expected Result:
Arrow can be clicked

Actual Result:
The "Back" tooltip covers up the back arrow preventing you from being able to click the icon
