Reply box displays in the middle of two replies if pagination for comments is set

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start portal with pagination set for comments by adding the following property to portal-ext

   discussion.comments.delta.value=3
   

2. Add message boards thread
3. Add at least 3 replies
4. View message boards thread
5. Click on "More Messages" button
6. Assert the 3rd reply displays
7. Click on "Reply" to add more replies

Expected result: Reply box appears on the bottom of all the replies
Actual result: Reply box appears below the last reply of the first page. Please see gif.
